FALL CORE BALANCE

9:15 -10:30 am

Core Balance activates the core of your being. It centers your mind, focuses attention to your body and connects you to your spirit. This exercise class is a fusion of many different movement and relaxation vocabularies with it's foundation in pilates, yoga and dance. Achieve fluidity and grace of movement while developing strength and flexibility. Learn to connect to your breath and ultimately to yourself.
